The Man in the White Suit
An altruistic chemist invents a new textile that never wears out or gets dirty, but faces opposition from a textile mill owner and union organiser, who quickly realise it will mean the end of their industry if it ever goes to market. This entertaining and thought-provoking film explores the conflict between science and society.
