Primitive Streak: In conversation with Helen Storey

Helen Storey

Helen Storey will join Radio presenter Chris Holliday to talk about and share how the Primitive Streak Collection came about, and the journey it has taken her own as a practicing designer and artist. Over the last 15 years Helen's collaborations have taken her into the space that has become known as Sci/Art, where extraordinary innovation is possible. She will recount what working in this hybrid world has achieved and what it holds for her future.

Chris Holliday can be heard six days a week across Greater Manchester. He presents the breakfast show for Gaydio, the UK's first full time FM LGBT radio station; is Becky Want's roving reporter every weekday afternoon on BBC Radio Manchester, - and presents his own show for BBC Radio Manchester on a Saturday morning.

This event runs along side two installations of pieces from Helen's collection at Debenhams Manchester and the Royal Exchange Theatre.
