Interested in running an event?

Manchester Science Festival aims to create an inclusive, accessible, innovative and interesting popular science programme for everyone. Much of the programme is created by the Manchester Science Festival team and key partners, but we welcome organisations, researchers, business, industry and others with a similar ethos to get involved.

We look for events focused on engineering, technology and maths, as well as exploring current thinking and innovation in Manchester. Events should be as hands-on as possible (particulalry for families) and provide face to face opportunities with scientists.

We are particularly focused on supporting and producing creative or unique events, that have innovative formats and/or will engage new audiences and communities (particularly those considered hard-to-engage) in Greater Manchester and the North West.

We are now programming for the 2012 Manchester Science Festival (Saturday 27 October - Sunday 4 November 2012). For more information about getting involved in Manchester Science Festival, please contact the Festival team. As a starting point we will explore your ideas with you, looking at our vision, audiences, partners and programme so far. We look forward to hearing from you.
